Mark has spent over thirty years developing personalized, durable medical equipment and adapting it to fit newborns to adults. With Western Medical and Red Barn Enterprises, he helped develop many of their products and brought many ideas to reality. He is now the creative force behind In Motion Medical Designs.

Diane has been in the medical field having twenty-one years' experience as a Respiratory Therapist. She has worked with four Phoenix hospitals, ten Valley nursing homes, several years in home care, and five years directing Cystic Fibrosis Camp. For the last twenty-one years she has run her own business providing cleaning services to Phoenix businesses and homes. She thought she was taking a break from the medical field, but found she was learning more about health and the effect toxic products used in our homes that affect our health.
